Our Medical/Surgical Coverage provides an $8,000* limit per horse per policy term with a choice of 2 plans including deductibles and a co-payment option.  These plans allow you to choose an option that suits your budget! 

Plan 1 – Medical/Surgical with Co-Pay*  
Additional Premium Per Horse: $210
Deductible: $500
Co-Pay: 25% applied to the first $2,000 loss

Example: Cost of Treatment - $4,200 (Includes $1,000 Diagnostics/Therapeutics)

SURGICAL COVERAGE
Surgical coverage is now available for horses up to age 18.  $5,000 limit per horse per policy term.

• Premium:     $127 per horse
• Deductible:   $50 per claim
