1. Click on an application. It will open in a new window.
2. From the File menu, choose Save As. Save a copy of the application to your computer.
3. Click Highlight Fields in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Place your cursor in a line and begin typing.  
5. E-mail completed applications to the email address listed below.
